2. Right of rescission:
You may cancel your contract within two weeks without giving a reason.
Please do this in writing, e.g. a letter, fax, or e-mail, or by sending back the merchandise.
The deadline begins with receipt of the goods, though not before receipt of these instructions.
To keep the terms of the contract it will do to send back either the rescission or the goods on time.
The rescission is to be sent to the above address, e-mail, or fax.
In the event of effective rescission, benefits received by either side shall have to be returned.
If you are unable to return the goods fully or partly or only in deteriorated condition, you shall have to pay appropriate compensation.
This does not apply, if the deterioration occurred during your inspection of the goods-in the same way as you would have been able to do in a shop-.
On the other hand, you shall be able to avoid compensation by not handling the goods like an owner and by refraining from any actions that could impair their value.
According to the law, the cost of return consignments valuing more than 40€ will be borne by the Wissenladen.
The buyer shall bear the postal costs when the order value is less than 40€.

3. Information on claims for defects, customer service, and guarantee:
Defect claims shall comply with legal regulations. The guarantee period for goods is 2 years.
The goods shall have to be inspected for visible flaws immediately upon delivery.
Should such flaws exist the Wissenladen shall have to be notified forthwith. An e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org will suffice.
Beyond the legal warranty, no guarantee regarding the delivered goods or service will be accepted.

4. Information on individual regulations of the contract:
4.1. General Terms and Conditions of Trade. The version of our GTCT from 01.05.2007(v1.3) shall apply.
4.2. The specifications for the goods and services as well as the pricing are described directly in connection with the offered product. For some parts, you can select
from a number of options.
4.3. Payment, completion and delivery: you yourself shall be able to define the details with regard to payment, delivery, and completion by choosing the method of
payment and mode of delivery.
As a rule, we transfer the delivery to the forwarding agency, within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4.4. Delivery reservations: we shall reserve the right, in place of the ordered goods or service, to perform a service, which is equal in quality and price, or
alternatively to abandon delivery of the goods, if the ordered goods are no longer available. You can find details concerning this in our GTCT from 01.11.2005 (v 1.2)
5.Technical steps towards the realisation of the contract/error correction:
The contract between you and the Wissenladen shall be concluded in the following way.
1. You shall be able to select from the range as you wish and place the goods in a shopping cart by means of a mouse click on the shopping cart button.
2. You shall be able to change the contents of the shopping cart or empty it completely, by calling up the menu item shopping cart from the menu bar.
The changes shall be made by mouse or keyboard entry. For this purpose double click with the left mouse button on the incorrect entry and overwrite it.
Complete clearance is possible through the button, which shows a crossed out shopping cart.
All other entry mistakes shall also be corrected in this way.
3. Clicking on the order button shall be transfer you to another page, which contains the information you have put in.
4. Here you shall have the possibility to make changes in your delivery data.
At the end of this page, you shall find a button, with which to switch to customer information.
At the end of this page, you shall find yet another button “send order”. By clicking on this button, you shall make a binding agreement with the Wissenladen concerning the items in the shopping cart.
At the same time, you shall accept our General Terms and Conditions of Trade, which you can look into once again at this point.
5. The receipt of the order shall be shown to you on a website directly after dispatch.
The contract shall come into effect after acceptance of the order by us, and delivery of an acknowledgement E-mail
In case you choose the ‘go back’ button instead of the ‘send’ button, the contract shall not be concluded.
6. Information as to accessibility of the provisions of contract.
You shall receive all relevant parts of the contract with our bill of delivery.
Furthermore, you shall be able to print the page, which contains your order.
7. Information on your data.
The personal data, which you have given in the process of ordering, shall be used exclusively for the processing and completion of the contract.
Our merchandise shall be delivered by a commercial logistics company. The company shall be informed about your data as far as this is necessary for delivery of the goods.
Apart from that, we shall not give your data to any third party.
We shall have to store your data for tax reasons after completion of the contract, which also includes
payment of the full price as agreed.
At your wish, however, we shall clear your information from our sales program.

In 1998, two students from Göttingen-Ralph Krätzner (Chemistry) and Francisco Welter-Schultes (Biology) founded the publishing company “Planet Poster Editions”.
They caught the spirit of the times and they are still selling scientific posters of their own design all over the world.
Despite their success, their aspirations have remained high as regards the quality of their own productions, which without doubt is because they both take such pleasure in
their own scientific work. In the course of this, they were confirmed in their opinion that knowledge should not merely decorate walls, but could also be conveyed to the
general public in many different forms.
As successful scientists themselves, they lacked the time needed for the realisation of such a project.
In the summer of 2005, Thomas Rohark (Mechanical Engineering, Business Studies, History of Art, and Romance Studies) met the two publishers as he was going to press
with his doctoral thesis.
